My academic education includes an MA at Duke University in history, BA at Columbia University in literature. I worked in New York City at Random House and had three years of Jungian studies in Zurich. Since 1985 I have been involved in energy work and initiations. I have been initiated into the Lord Ram Eastern lineage through Shaktipat, or Energy Transfer, from Shri Anandi Ma and Dhyanyogi-ji. And have studied many cultures first-hand. Half my life has been lived outside the US. A dual national, I returned to NC in late 2001, and have since been a counselor, healer, consciousness teacher/author here. Light Body courses:

There is a free prepatory event, "Introduction to the Light Body," Dec. 7th (suggested donation $5.00). It is a wonderful way to find out if you are ready to awaken your light body. Included: sensing energy with the hands, preparing the personality, and becoming light. The last two are guided meditations.

Foundational Course, "Awakening Your Light Body." To complete "Awakening Your Light Body," based in Orin/DaBen (or Duane Packer and Sanaya Roman)'s work, which I have studied since 1992 - 15 years! - typically requires six months. There are six boxes of CDs - one per month: $76. This includes a 30 % discount. I also include a sampling of Divine Manifesting (from Orin) in the journeys to integrate the "Awakening" material.
